Schultze Property Solutions has their own team of cleaners. This ensures that there is always a level of familiarity with your property and allows us the ability to create a clean and safe environment for your guests.

With every clean you can expect

• All of your linens washed, dried, and put back in their respective place.
• 5 point enhanced sanitization clean to ensure the safety of you and your guests.
• Thoroughly mopped and vacuumed floors in all areas of the property.
• Clean out of fridge and freezer.

Full Service Management

In addition to keeping up with communication with your guests, and ensuring the property is sparkling clean, we also:

• Keep and inventory of supplies and will restock as needed.
• Solve all customer service related issues.
• Dispatch professional services if needed (a plumber, electrician, etc).
• Make recommendations on necessary upgrades and upkeep on the property.
• Provide weekly check ins and updates on the property to the homeowner.

Guest Communication Only

All communication with your guests will be handled by Schultze Property Solutions. We will design a custom welcome message tailored to your property. This message will include all check in/ check out information, as well as any other important information pertaining to your property.

We will also check in with your guests throughout their stay to ensure they are having a wonderful experience at your property. Additionally, we will be responsible for informing you of any customer service related concerns with your guests during their stay.
